Tosh was born in 2004 just outside of San Jose, Costa Rica. He is a magical child and has added so much joy to our lives. He is a true beach baby and loves the water, the outdoors and, of course, the fish. Tosh loves nothing more than exploring his outdoor play land wearing only a smile.
