I have been a fisherman all my life. Growing up in Bermuda gave me the taste for saltwater and my love and respect for the ocean. After returning to Canada at age eleven, I continued my Love of fishing in the rivers and lakes surrounding Winnipeg. I later moved to Calgary and the Bow River where I began fly fishing. After attaining my diploma in Engineering Drafting and Design, I opted for an office in the outdoors. I began my career as a professional guide at Scott Lake Lodge, where I have been working summers since 1993. In 2002, I started guiding out of Puerto Jimenez, Costa Rica, where I fell in love with the country, the Golfo Dulce, and the fishing. Although I like catching them all, inshore and off, the Roosterfish became my favorite target. As the years passed I concentrated more on larger Roosters, becoming proficient at catching trophy size of 40-75lbs. In 2007, with five seasons of fishing the Gulf, it’s time to start our own charter business.
