All-Inclusive Package

Tropic Fins will provide an all-inclusive package from San Jose. We will:

-Have a driver pick you up upon arrival in San Jose.
-Provide your choice of accommodations in San Jose if needed.
-Round trip flight from San Jose to Puerto Jimenez.
-Provide your choice of accommodations on the Osa at Parrot Bay or Black Turtle Lodge.
-Provide all meals.
-Provide full day charter including mate, licenses, cooler (soda, water, and beer), bait and all equipment.
-Provide assistance in booking tours and extending your stay in Costa Rica.

Not included: Meals in San Jose, alcohol off the boat, and gratuities.

ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS

San Jose

We have two accommodation options in San Jose, Casa Roland and The Holiday Inn. Casa Roland is a quaint bed and breakfast near the Pavas Airport where you will depart for Puerto Jimenez. Casa Roland is located in the quiet embassy district of San Jose, a short distance from downtown San Jose. The hotel staff is friendly and bilingual. The hotel is decorated exquisitely with unique Costa Rican art. The inviting lobby and patio areas display a variety of tropical plants.

For those wishing to be directly downtown we offer the Aurola Holiday Inn located in the heart of downtown San Jose, a short walk to shops, restaurants, bars, discos and casino. Some of which are located on the hotel grounds.

Puerto Jimenez

Remember, this is “your” vacation and everyone has different needs and desires. We encourage you to check out the websites of each of the following accommodation options. Your breakfast and dinner will be provided at the lodge of your choice. Lunch will be on the boat. We consider each option equal in comfort, standards and service. It is up to you to decide which is more suited to your vacation idea. If you are having difficulty deciding, please give us a call and we will figure it out together.

Black Turtle Lodge

Black Turtle Lodge is located 5 kilometers outside of Puerto Jimenez along a stretch of stunning beach. The cabinas are built within a beautiful jungle setting and the sound of the waves will lull you to sleep at night. You may be staying in a ‘tree house style cabina,’ some of which are over 15 feet in the air, or a cabinetta which is situated closer to the ground. The cabinas are furnished comfortably with a double and a single bed, fans, skylights, and hot water showers. Healthy and wholesome meals are served in a warm and comfortable family style atmosphere on an outdoor patio surrounded by tropical plants.

Parrot Bay Village

Parrot Bay Village is located just outside of Puerto Jimenez. The eight cabinas are surrounded by an exotic botanical garden, near a mangrove lagoon, with views of the ocean. A safe swimming beach is right outside your bungalow. All cabinas are completely and beautifully finished in tropical hardwood. The interiors are finished with ceramic tiled floors, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and private baths with hot water showers. An open-air restaurant and bar offers tropical breakfast, lunch and international cuisine for dinner.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUNDS

A 50% deposit is required upon booking or 90 days prior to trip date. Full payment is required 60 days prior to trip date. Bookings are subject to availability of domestic flights.
A full refund will be provided if a written cancellation is received 60 days prior to trip date. If written cancellation is received 30-60 days prior to trip and we are able to re-book your dates, a full refund minus any discount required to re-book the trip dates will be given. There are no refunds on cancellations 30 days or less prior to trip date.
